FD watch – James Douglas

James Douglas will be formally appointed as FD of Fuller, Smith & Turner on 1 January 2008.

The independent brewer and retailer announced that current FD Paul Clarke would retire in April 2008, and that Douglas would be appointed to the board on 10 September 2007 as his designated successor.

Paul Clarke will remain on the board until the end of April 2008 as estates
director.
