CFO watch – Gary Koos

Gary Koos, currently chief financial officer of Block Shield, has been appointed acting chief executive.

He replaces Pier Antoniucci who stepped down as chief executive of the electromagnetic compatibility and radio frequency identification company due to personal health issues.

Block Shield says Koos will be interim CEO only for the short-term.
