FD watch – Jonathan Cook

Jonathan Cook has been appointed group finance director of engineered steel producer Acertec.

He will assume the position on 1 May 2008, replacing Rod Holdsworth, who has been interim FD since November 2007.

Cook recently took a planned career sabbatical but before his break, was group FD of Wyko Holdings.
