David Jackson has resigned as finance director of Claimar Care Group.

He left the company, which provides domiciliary, high dependency and acquired illness care services to local authorities, Primary Care Trusts and the NHS, on 8 May 2008.

Claimar Care is currently seeking a new FD and is likely to announce the appointment by the time of its half-year results in June.
