FD watch – Violetta Parylo

Violetta Parylo has been appointed finance director and company secretary of IT software and services company Eg Solutions.

Parylo will take up her new role on 19 May 2008.

She was most recently FD Lichfield-based Nextiraone UK, a subsidiary of Dutch private equity firm NextiraOne Group.
